The Entrance
Your wedding experience begins with a beautifully styled welcome/sign-in space designed to feel intentional and inviting.
Behind your sign-in table, a large white arch window backdrop creates a soft, elegant focal point. The wooden table is dressed with a white sheer linen, gold runner, and greenery accents, creating a clean and cohesive look.
The space is elevated with wrought iron stands featuring lanterns and coordinating white florals, adding height and visual interest. A dedicated gift table setup includes a white linen, card and gift signage, and a locked card box for convenience and security.

The Ceremony Area

Your ceremony space is designed to feel natural, romantic, and completely photo-ready while enhancing the beauty of the outdoor setting.
Guests enter through barn doors styled with white sheers and greenery, creating a soft and elegant entrance into the ceremony space.
The aisle is framed with six barnwood boxes filled with coordinating white florals, evenly spaced to create a symmetrical and visually balanced walkway. Along the aisle, four 3-foot wrought iron stands with lanterns and florals add depth and a warm glow.
At the front, the pergola is fully styled with flowing white sheers, draped across the front and cascading down the sides. It is accented with greenery and wisteria, with two hanging lanterns adding subtle detail and dimension.
Flanking the ceremony focal point are tall candle holders with flameless candles and floral sprays, creating a soft, romantic ambiance.
Between the ceremony area and pavilion, a large hanging wisteria chandelier suspended between the oaks creates a stunning transitional focal point—perfect for photos and a seamless flow into the reception space.

Our Ceremony Room is beautifully styled to create an elegant setting for your vows. A stunning backdrop of four 9-foot wooden columns with flowing white sheers and a chandelier frames the altar, accented with white and greenery floral arrangements. The aisle is lined with greenery and 12-inch flameless candles, while soft ceiling sheers add the finishing touch for a romantic, photo-ready space.
The Pavilion
The reception area under the pavilion is fully styled to create a cohesive, elevated atmosphere that feels finished from every angle.
12-foot tall white flowy sheers flank the entrance along two large 8-foot white arch windows. The arched windows are decorated with coordinating white florals and greenery.
Throughout the pavilion, six antique 9-pane wooden window frames are placed along the length of the space, each accented with boxwood wreaths and white sheers, adding texture and visual consistency across the venue.

Bride & Groom Table
Your sweetheart table is designed as a true focal point of the reception.
It includes a white linen with sheer draping, gold runner, and greenery accents, paired with two cane-back wooden chairs and wood-style chargers for a natural yet refined look.
Behind the table, floor-to-ceiling white sheers span across the window, with an antique wooden chandelier centered above, creating a dramatic and romantic backdrop.
On each side, vintage white wrought iron stands topped with coordinating floral arrangements add height and balance. Additional décor elements—including wooden crates, lanterns, and floral accents—complete the space and tie everything together into a cohesive, high-end design.
Cake & Dessert Displays
Your cake presentation is fully styled and ready for your reception.
The wedding cake is displayed on an antique wooden buffet, complete with a 14-inch silver cake stand, cutting set, and toasting glasses.
A separate setup is available for the groom’s cake, featuring a round spool table with white linen and gold topper, giving both cakes their own dedicated and elegant display areas.
